- National Safety Council's Defensive Driving Course $75.00
Under Georgia State Law, any person charged with any
violation for which points are assessed against their driver's license may
attend a 6-hour Defensive Driving C course prior to going to court. The court may then
accept the Certificate, at which time no points will then be assessed and
the court shall reduce their fine by 20%. (GA. Code ANN. 40-5-57
© 1997).
